Process improvement

Clear processes, less friction and more time for what matters.

Where do things get stuck in daily work? We look closely, make workflows visible and develop clearer processes so your team works more efficiently, calmly and with fewer mistakes.

  • Analyse & improve processes

  • Clarify roles & responsibilities
  • Create BPMN diagrams
Who it’s for

Is this right for you?

Typical situations where we can help.

People in your team often ask who is responsible for what.

Tasks get forgotten or done twice.

New staff take a long time to learn how things work.

Your business is growing and the current way of working is reaching its limits.

Your benefits

What you gain

A clearer overview

Your processes become visible and understandable to everyone.

Fewer mistakes

Clear responsibilities and checklists reduce friction.

Gain time

Efficient processes save valuable minutes every day.

Result

What you actually get

At the end you hold tangible results, not just ideas.

Current-state review

Your current processes documented clearly, including bottlenecks and duplicated work.

BPMN models

BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is the internationally standardised visual language for workflows. We draw your current and target process so that everyone on the team can read it, in ADONIS too if you wish.

Roles and responsibilities

Clearly recorded who is responsible for each step.

Checklists for daily work

Short work aids so the new process is actually used day to day.

Process modelling

Make your processes visible.

BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) is the standardised visual language for workflows, which many companies also use in tools such as ADONIS. A BPMN model shows at a glance who does what and when. An example from IT: how a major incident unfolds when a business-critical service goes down.

Example: major incident managementCurrent stepOutage reported

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Any questions left? We are happy to answer them personally.

For growing teams and businesses, or those spending too much time on coordination and rework.

BPMN stands for Business Process Model and Notation. It is an internationally standardised visual language for workflows: rectangles are tasks, diamonds are decisions and circles mark the start and end. This makes processes easy for everyone to understand.

Yes. Many companies in Switzerland, such as banks, insurers and public administrations, model their processes with ADONIS, one of the most widely used process management tools. We create your models directly in ADONIS or deliver them in the standard BPMN format, which opens in ADONIS and other programs. If you don’t have a tool yet, we advise you on what suits your size.

No. We improve the processes first. The tools you already use are often sufficient.

We talk to the people involved, look at the work steps and map the process together. The result is a picture everyone recognises.

Yes. A clearly described process is the best foundation. Suitable steps can then be automated or supported with software.
